REACH Outsourcing Center (ROC) is a Christian-based outsourcing center in the Philippines. It was established in August 2006 by REACH Incorporated, which is a disciple-making ministry in the Philippines, in partnership with Reach Ministries International (RMI). The vision of this program is to glorify God by demonstrating God’s mercy to the needy, bringing the gospel to every nation and helping Christian graduates experience God’s purpose for work.

ROC employs Christian college graduates who perform content editing, virtual assistance, web design,web development, web-based software development, desktop software development, web-based application development and integration, document processing, and customer management. As such, ROC provides meaningful employment for Christian graduates to enable them to meet the financial needs of their families.

In the long term, ROC is envisioned to become self-sustained in supporting missions and disciple-making activities both in the Philippines and abroad. It is our hope that ROC will be able to provide services to hundreds of organizations worldwide, give jobs to more college graduates and generate funds to support missionaries and other REACH Inc. development projects.
