Trained as disciples in college, graduates may seek
employment in their field of study, infiltrate the workplace
as agents of change by exhibiting Godly character and vocational
excellence and minister to those around them. Some also volunteer
to help in the student ministries outside of office hours.
Faithful conscientious professionals have effectively
penetrated some offices. The relationship between the disciplemaker
and the disciple doesn't necessarily have to end once one
graduates. One-on-one follow-up continues and group Bible
studies with other professionals can help the newly graduated
make the transition to the new season of life as he or she
faces new pressures and issues.
